Encouraged by her family, Mary Dulin began her real estate career in 1999. Her passion for the business has only grown over the years, fueled by the satisfaction she feels for helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate dreams and goals.

As a lifetime resident of Statesville, Mary began her career with Hunter Realty, which was later acquired by a franchise. Looking to blend local ownership with the benefits a larger company offers its clients, Mary moved to Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate in 2016.

Mary specializes in Residential Real Estate, Relocation, also has for years, worked with relocating  physicians for all Iredell County hospitals, including Iredell Memorial, Davis, Lake Norman, and Piedmont Healthcare.  In addition, Mary also serves clients across price points. As a native of the area, Mary is most familiar with Lake Norman, Troutman, Statesville, Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, and Huntersville. Her experience with negotiations helps all buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Mary believes in giving back to the community that has served her so well. She has served as a volunteer and advisor for many organizations over the years. She has volunteered for the AHA Heart Association in several capacities since 1996. Mary was a Board of Directors member for the United Way for several consecutive terms. As well as the YMCA. Mary is currently a Board Member for the Iredell Health Foundation and also serves as a Trustee for Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Mary  is a lifetime member of Trinity Episcopal Church where she has served on the vestry several times. She has taught Sunday School for more than 25 years, and worked with the youth group.
